Restricted States:

• Virginia
• Utah
• Texas

For FL, NY, GA, CA, KS, we need 4 months bank statements so we can generate disclosures.

Restricted Industries:

• Trucking
• Lawyers
• CBD
• Auto Sales with floor plan
• Real Estate title accounts

Terms:

Our box ranges from 30 to ~120 payments. First position offers are always pending background and usually cap at 120 payments. We offer weekly payments on a deal-by-deal basis but never do weekly behind a daily.

Monthly Deposit Minimum:

5 to 7 deposits and $50k revenue.

Avg Daily Balance:

Needs to be 1–3x what our daily would be on an approval.

Time In Business:

Needs to be at least 12–18 months. No recent defaults or old defaults that took over a year to be satisfied.
